- Prohibited niches. No services for adult content, casinos, gambling, or illegal business activity — no exceptions, no negotiation.
- Fixed starting prices. Rates reflect 18+ years of expertise and an M-shaped skillset, not a number that moves based on who's asking.
The Free Tools
The Docx to Markdown Converter and every tool that joins it are free utilities for estimation, conversion, and educational use — not a contract or a certified deliverable.
- Non-binding output. Whatever a free tool produces is a starting point, not a final, guaranteed result.
