For 18 years, this practice operated under my own name: Istiqur IT Consultant. It was accurate to how the business started in 2008, and it was never dishonest — but it was never findable, either.
Nobody searches for a consultant's personal name when they have an SEO problem. They search the problem itself: Remote SEO Consultant. SEO for SaaS. SEO for eCommerce. A name built around "IT Consultant" reads as generalist help-desk work — servers, networks, maybe a WordPress patch — not 18 years of organic SEO, technical SEO, and, increasingly, AI search optimization (AEO, GEO) for revenue-stage SaaS and eCommerce companies.
That mismatch had a real cost. Every prospect who searched the actual service category and never found a name that matched it was a prospect this practice never got the chance to earn. So the name changed. Nothing about the work did.

Who I Am
I'm Md. Istiqur Rahman, and I've practiced SEO and full-stack marketing since 2008. My academic background is unusual for this field: I graduated as an A-grade post-graduate pharmacist before pivoting fully into search and growth marketing. That training shows up in how I work — methodical, evidence-led, and allergic to guesswork dressed up as strategy.

The New Brand System, Explained Properly
The new logomark is called Ascent — an entity-node cluster: a violet hub linked to three satellite nodes, the largest pushed asymmetrically to the upper right, two smaller ones trailing lower-left. It's deliberately unbalanced. Reversed or mirrored, the same shape reads as decline, so it's built to never be flipped.
The mark carries three ideas at once. It reads as entities — literally a small knowledge graph, which is a fitting image for a practice built around how AI search and generative engine optimization actually work today. It reads as a remote team with a lead — the hub is the consultant, the satellites are the distributed collaborators. And it reads as direction of travel — a rising diagonal that signals growth without needing to draw an arrow.
The wordmark sets "REMOTE" small and widely tracked as an eyebrow above a dominant, bold "SEO Consultant" — putting the exact-match keyword in the visually dominant position while the whole lockup still reads as one name.
The palette: Primary #6F2DBD (deep violet) carries the wordmark and the hub of the mark. Secondary #A663CC (soft orchid) is reserved for the mark's supporting nodes and connectors — an accent, never a second dominant color. Ink #171123 is body text. Paper #FBFBFB is the default background — deliberately never pure white. Headings run in Bricolage Grotesque; body copy runs in Inter.
