Core Development Build
Webflow allows clean, fast, and secure websites with built-in hosting, global CDN delivery, and strong performance, usually without the need for plugins.
- Home Page: US$1,450 (Base labor for the main landing page including layout, responsive design, and component structure.).
- Other Pages: US$450 per page (Standard pages such as About, Services, Contact, etc.).
- CMS Setup (If Required): US$350 per collection (For blogs, case studies, team members, resources, or similar structured content).
- SEO Tools & Analytics: US$420 (Technical setup including indexing configuration, sitemap setup, analytics, heatmap tool, webmaster tool, and search console integration).
- Event Tracking & Analytics: US$350 (Tracking button clicks, link clicks, downloads, form fill ups etc).
- Web Content/Copywriting: US$300 for the homepage, and US$150 for other pages.
If copywriting is not included, development will proceed using client-provided text or placeholder content.
Website Care & Maintenance
These packages ensure your Webflow website remains monitored and properly maintained while you focus on your business.
Important: I do not offer care or maintenance services for websites not built by me. Any work performed by other developers is not my liability.
Website Care & Maintenance: $130 per Month (or $1,300 per Year — 10% Savings).
- Site Monitoring: Periodic checks of performance, uptime, and form functionality; Maintaining backup restore points using Webflow’s built-in versioning system.
- CMS Assistance: Basic assistance with content collection updates when needed such as category and tags modification, setting/changing for items.
- Minor Layout Fixes: Occasional small adjustments if layout issues appear. Not applicable if anyone other than me breaks something.
- General Configuration Checks: Reviewing project settings, forms, and integrations when necessary.
- Note: Webflow hosting, site plans, and other third-party services are not included in this price.
Revision Add-ons
These optional packages allow clients to request ongoing design and content changes after the website is launched.
- Minor Revisions Add-on: +US$50 per month - Includes 3 updates per month such as Text replacements, Image updates, Color or font adjustments, Simple content edits.
- Major Revisions Add-on: +US$275 per month - Includes 3 major updates per month, including page restructuring, New sections added to existing pages, Layout adjustments within existing pages. Does NOT include full redesigns or brand redesign work.
Webflow Platform Costs & Terms
- Client Responsibility: All external costs including domain registration, Webflow hosting plans, apps, integrations, and other third-party services are the responsibility of the client.
- Purchasing: I will guide you through selecting the appropriate Webflow plan and services required for your website.
- Account Ownership: All accounts must be created and owned directly by the client. I will assist if asked for.
- No Pre-payments: I do not purchase services using my own accounts for later reimbursement.
Organic and AI Search Engine Optimization
- Search Engine Optimization services are offered separately.

- SEO consulting is not included in development or maintenance packages.
Web Content & Copywriting
- If copywriting services are not purchased, the website will be built using client-provided content or placeholder text.
- Development projects do not include content strategy, messaging development, or marketing copy unless specifically agreed upon.
- Professional copywriting can be arranged through a separate proposal (if the website is not built by me, or needed afterwards I develop it).
Liability Limitation
- Issues caused by external providers including hosting platforms, domain registrars, Webflow infrastructure, integrations, apps, or third-party services are not my liability to resolve.
- While I will assist in diagnosing the problem and contacting the appropriate provider when necessary, the ultimate responsibility lies with the respective service provider.
Important Notes on Content
- Content Writing Not Included in Maintenance: Content creation or rewriting is not part of maintenance services.
- Content Updates: I can update text or images using material supplied by the client through the monthly revision add-ons.
- Copywriting Arrangements: If professional copywriting or messaging development is required, we will establish a separate agreement based on project scope.
